Matt Russe
A former teacher who swapped the classroom for crime scenes. Matt founded Lock & Code Escape Rooms over a decade ago, growing it from a single venue in Weston-super-Mare to three locations including Taunton and Red House Mysteries in Exeter. Along the way he's produced murder mystery events in museums, historic venues, and stately homes, and runs regular Traitors experiences at the stunning Huntsham Court. With Code Red, he brings that same eye for detail and atmosphere to every event.
AJ Dean-Revington
AJ's career started under the spotlight. With a Drama degree and a West End credit to his name — playing Ray in Dreamboats and Petticoats at the Savoy Theatre — he went on to tour with musicals across the UK before fronting a band. Eventually the world of immersive entertainment pulled him in, and he turned his hand to set building for escape rooms. Now he heads up all scriptwriting and performance for Code Red, crafting original storylines and directing the cast that bring every event to life.
